HELLO!

My name is Sarah Glemnitz. I am a graduating student of Crossmedia Design at the ArtEZ AKI, Academy of Fine Art & Design in Enschede, the Netherlands.

My profession at the moment is illustration, although I used to photograph for several years. I usually combine both media. I like it when my work effects people – whether it defines, inspires, provokes or amuses people, but I'm hunting especially for the amusement.

FINAL EXHIBITION

So, on the 27th of July I had my final presentation. I was really glad everybody was so satifsfied with me!

I graduated with an 8. On the 29th I got my diploma, I'm a designer now, officially. Here are some pictures of my final exhibition:

I have cold beer, Veltins, in my presentation, aswell. It is the most being drunken beer in Gelsenkirchen. Feel like as if you were really there.

Also on that table: my pop-up-businesscards, my postcards with my interpretation of the 'Venus', my bachelorthesis and a list for people interested in my book.



I also have a drawn window: In Gelsenkirchen you can see people everywhere staring out of their windows, for hours. I'm not so sure what they can see all day that might be so interesting, so I interpreted it and now YOU can take that people's place.
